Project enquiry
privacy notice.
This notice explains how Arctavia, a game publishing business based in Slovakia, handles details submitted through the project enquiry form.
What you share
The form collects your name, email, optional studio or team name, game title, target platform, development stage, requested support, optional project link and project description. The date of submission is also stored. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential source code.
Why the details are used
The details are used to evaluate your project enquiry, contact you about a potential collaboration and take steps you request before a possible agreement. Enquiries are not automatically added to a marketing mailing list. Submitting a pitch does not create a publishing agreement or an obligation to provide funding or services.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website's hosted database. Website hosting and storage are provided through the Sites platform and Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiry records are not publicly accessible; access is restricted to the website owner and authorised administrators. The site does not use advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or object to further contact. Use the project enquiry form to send a request and quote the email address used in your original enquiry. Identity may need to be verified before records are disclosed or changed. You may also raise a concern with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
Links you provide
Share only material you are entitled to disclose. Access permissions on external documents, builds and other links remain under your control.
